Boozy is a mobile application that helps users discover happy hour deals at bars and restaurants. Deal information is sourced from publicly available restaurant websites.

Age Requirement

Boozy is intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using Boozy, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Boozy does not sell or serve alcohol.

Accuracy of Information

Happy hour deals, times, and prices displayed in Boozy are sourced from restaurant websites. While we update deals regularly, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Always confirm current deals directly with the restaurant. Boozy is a discovery tool, not a definitive menu or pricing reference.

Accounts

You may use Boozy without creating an account. Signing in (via Google or Apple) enables additional features like saving favorites and receiving notifications. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials.

Subscriptions and Payments

Boozy offers an optional paid subscription for an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's settings at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Boozy, including but not limited to: scraping or automated access, attempting to reverse-engineer the app, using the app for any unlawful purpose, or submitting false reports about restaurant information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Boozy at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Boozy name, logo, design, and app content are the property of Boozy and its licensors. Restaurant names, deal descriptions, and related content belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Boozy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate deal information, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Boozy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
